Housemate wanted, Cabin on 35 wooded acres.
Looking for a housemate to live at my cabin in Del Agua Canyon Ranches North of Trinidad, CO. The cabin, which is actually a small log home, is on 35 wooded acres 23 miles from Trinidad. Panoramic mountain views with a variety of wildlife and the property is secluded. The cabin has electric and wood stove heat, dish tv and internet, well water, 2 bdrm 1 bath, $275 + ½ elec, or 85/wk. I will email you all the pictures that you might want. I don't have any pets now. This is a fantastic place to live if you want to get away. To live here you would probably need to either work in Trinidad or be financially independent. I am very quiet and I respect peoples solitude always.
